Ok duck since you claim federal law enforcement you should know that alcohol laws vary based on your state. In WI it does not matter how old you are so long as you are indoors or in a fenced in yard. It matters not as to who walks in and out either in most states since I myself have escorted a few officers out whom have tried to walk into a house party of which family was at my house. My family walks in due to permission to do so, the officers that responded to a call at my house and walked in were escorted to the door by myself and a state trooper friend of mine after the officers walked in and ran their mouths. Any officer will need a warrent unless someone invites them into said premisis. And the warrent will be issued by a judge based on probable cause. No officer has the right to enter private property unless called to, or a visual danger is presant. Sorry if spelling is incorrect I have been at work for 14 hours today and im a little tired. Also some states will let you get away with more than others, but it is based on a state by state basis.

1. I guess he persuaded my friend to let him in...

2. I was pissed off so when he let him in I met him in the kitchen

3. he claiming he didnt need shit

4. he pushed me

5. "Im sorry I know my rights" ... and he claimed i didnt know shit

6. "Ok i dont know shit officer"

7. I caught like 7 or 8 girls IOI me they were all around 8 or 9s but long story short I didnt go up to them cause i didnt have a wing.

i'm starting off with this. i'm new. it's possible i'm wrong. here's my viewpoint. a.k.a. dont flame. fighting on the internet is like the special olympics. even if you win, your still retarded....

now, i broke it up for you, and numbered it.

1. well, if your friend said he could enter, he could do just that. he no longer needed a warent, and you asking for one, seeing as you don't live there, and he was invited in, means absolutly nothing.....

2. in the kitchen? i thought you were playing madden?...?...

3. see number 1....

4. if you were really pissed off, why didn't you press charges? initiating contact with a minor. where i live, thats up to 2 years in jail.....

5. you might know YOUR rights (although it appears you really dont, but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt here) but your rights only have effect over YOU and YOUR property. aka, not at a friends house....

6. you probably should have started off with this statement, and then left and came back later when the officer was gone....

7. 7 or 8 of them eh? how many people were at the party.... cuz you said only 5 of you ended up downstairs..... thats a good size croud there. and if you didn't approach them, how did they IOI you? am i unaware of some long distance IOI's? i'm new, but i didn't think i missed that much

(eye contact maybe?? i'm seriously lost here. please help)

so yeah, thats my take on this

In Louisiana cops often guard underage college parties so the drunk kids don't do anything foolish. That is a prime example of how much it varies state to state.

And what does it matter if he is lying? You may use proper grammar and be more mature. But then again, if your more mature, why do you participate in such a petty flame war?

I really don't see the point in arguing and proving. I suspect a lot of what is posted on this forum is exaggerated or fake to a certain extent. Who cares?

Hate to agree with it's hollywood, but if he lives in the house he can deny access. I mean if i was the cop and someone pissed me off like that they would go to jail for obstruction, but the 4th amendmant is complex. if a husband tells an officer he can search the house, then the wife says no, you can't. However you can go around it and tell the husband to get whtever is in the house and bring it to you. then you have enough to lock the house down and secure a warrant. Probable cause would only be used if there were exergent (can't spell) circumstances, like they were pooring the beer out, or the beerwas in the car. if you spotted beer and knew they were under 21 that would constitute arrest and seizure of the beer you see, everything else needs a warrant. Thre are about a million different options and situations you can have for this subject, the 4th amendmant. Trust me I know what i'm talking about, i deal with this everyday. It might be different in reguards to federal law but thats the way the amendmant is written.

Hollywood: don't say know your rights because you have no idea what rights you have and you don't have when dealing with the police. If you want to stay out of jail i would suggest doing what theywant then fighting it in court or civil litigation (if you know what that is)

Enough with the legal talk I thought we were to discuss pickups.

Most cops are assholes. Who cares. But you really should have approached the girls regardless of whether you had a wing or not. You dont always need a wing to PU.

Isn't the point of this to give us a good story during a set? Most of the stories PUA's tell women are untrue so why don't you tweak it? Make it so that you answered the door, the cop asked to come in, you said no, and he did so anyway. Then you can go on with whatever you want.

Maybe I'm wrong on my first assumption though.
