a few of my friends and i always go out to dinner Friday nights before we go out for the night, may it be parties, bowling, a sports event, anything, its like a ritual. The past 2 weeks there has been this girl there, who recognized us and made small talk (mostly because the first week we had just got done smoking weed, another weekly ritual, and she noticed and made a funny comment about it) she hasn't really given me any IoI's, and I haven't really talked to her whatsoever, but i feel compelled to talk to her/get her number next time im there. What would be the best course of action, so far my idea's are (This is hoping she will be our server this time)

Her:What can i get your guys?
Me: How about your number? (or) How about a date with me next week =).

If not that, then maybe (If she isn't our waiter and is just working the register when i pay.

Me: So, i bet you eat here alot since you work here huh?
Her: yes/no/sorta/kinda/etc
Me: Well why don't you and i go out to eat next week? Maybe the farthest possible thing from (Insert resturant name here)?

I haven't been gaming long, and i havent had too much success but i'm very eager to learn and get better, and my AA seems to be getting much better, i'm no longer really afraid of rejection, i feel good and ready, i just feel a little under prepared for a Hired gun like this. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

i wouldn't suggest using any; first of because women/waitresses don't like to feel like theyre under pressure to give you the number- so asknig in front of your friends at the table would be bad. you should simply joke around with her a bit, be the AMOG at the table and look like your having a great time and pretty much own the restaurant. giving you a higher social value and may be more appealing for her on a social basis. if se is your waitress, be like i bet your gonig to come back realll soon- just dont ask her infront of everyone thats the main advice...

That makes alot of sense. I definitely won't ask her infront of any of my pals. Last thing i could think of is, how should i go about asking her after i pay/my friends arent around? It seems somewhat strange especially in a resturant (not a normal place for people to pickup on people working) for me to go about it. Or maybe i'm making a bigger deal about it than it actually is.

I'm going to try and display an alpha type presence, hopefully she'll be our waiter and i can kid/neg her a little bit, maybe even try and get a a little Kino if she sits us our whatever. Any more advice is greatly appreciated.

Dont neg her. You dont have any obstacles to disarm, and you would just make her look bad infront of 5 guys. She is already serving you and you "kind of know her" dont you? No need to bring her down from a pedestal if she isnt on one. You may hurt her feelings, or make her thing that youre an asshole. Just be a funny guy, show her that you have a good time and be cocky funny with her, tease her a bit.

a tihng i do whenever i have a choice in something- like clothes, food, or drinks, i always like to go which one do you suggest- after you open she will answer with this or this; itll set up for that you can either agree or disagree, but thanks her for the opinion, and go on talking with your friends about whatever...

Alright i'll try this, my only problem with it is...Its like, if your gonna go with the opposite of what she says, why even ask lol? I don't know if she'll comment that way forbatum, but idk. i would hope she would respond well with "oh i see it how it is *smile or laughs*" but i always seem to consider the worst case scenario.

Also overture you make a good point, there really isn't a point to neg her. But how would i go about teasing her? I don't "Know" her, i know her name, she doesn't know mine, we've never really talked outside of Hey hows it going, and thanks for coming in see you again, you know?
