Well, the other day, i was walking in a mall nearby my house, (there is where i go for a starbucks coffee, read (im still in the layguide and ross jeffreis - how to) and spending the moment) and when i was heading to the coffeeshop I saw my high school crush standing in front of me.

She never talked to me in school, but for some reason she said

- hello, how are you?

and in my total AFCnes i only said

- hi, fine- and kept walking

NOTHING ELSE!!!! I totally freezed. And when the blood pumped again to my head, the only thing that i thought (i still am) was: I AM A F*CK*NG MORON (i dont know if swearing is denied in this forum)

So when i arrived to the coffee shop I tried to find her but she left.

So now, a week later, ive added her to my facebook,she accepted me, and i think this will be the only way to track her down.

She is my one-itis, and i know that if I will became a good PUA I must pick her up

Once I read that anything should be taken as an IOI, but I dont know if this is the case


Please, help. I know if theres somebody that can help me its all of you!!!!!!

Well an attitude adjusment might be approptiate.
Instead of thinking I AM A ******* MORON
think today i made a mistake that I will learn from to get better.
As far as the facebook thing goes I wouldn'y even try it, you're better off just leaving it and hoping you run into her again cuz i'm pretty sure the last thing she needs is another facebook friend.
Confidence is key bro!

Yeah the "I ran into you in real life but messed it up, so I'll add you as a friend on facebook" is done a lot by AFC guys. They're the guys you see commenting on every little update the girl makes on her facebook in hopes of getting her attention again. You're probably not going to make much ground on facebook. Just add her, ignore her and wait for her to comment on something you have on your page.
