<I figure if a women tells me where she works; i'll tell her my friend works there too and then build up my friend's status. I'll let the target know that she probably doesn't know my "friend". Then i'll tell her the name of a cousin or a friend who works elsewhere. This would indirectly let the target know that you don't imagine her as someone who would be friends with or know someone of higher status>
