Any photography enthusiasts out there? I pulled off this routine with my Nikon D90 SLR camera with a non-macro lens. The key to this routine is to make sure that the lens you use will not focus properly at short distances. Here's how to pull it off....

I took this girl out to dinner on a first date and told her that I'm an amateur photographer and that I love taking nature photographs (I wasn't lying)... I suggested we take a walk in a local garden and snap a few photos... About halfway through the walk I sat next to her on a bench with my camera in hand and said the following without even looking at her:

V: "So... How many people can say they have a picture of their first kiss?"
Girl: Starts to laugh a little...
V: I decided to be a gentleman about it... "You can just kiss me on the cheek..."

At this point I stuck the camera out with one hand and she kissed me on the cheek and held the pose... The camera struggled to focus and eventually took the shot after an extended few seconds... After reviewing the photo...

V: "Oh man... It didn't come out right... We'll have to do that again..."
Girl: Laughing...

Repeat...

The picture will never come out correctly but it doesn't matter... The ice has been broken, kino will be easy (hold her hand as you continue your walk), and the kiss close at the end of the date will be less a formality than a mere coronation.

In return how about a fake phone call next to a HB.

take a call on your mobile (set the alarm to go off and make it look like a phone call). make it sound as though you have done some work with models. the HB will only hear half the convo.

You: yea those were great shots, jessica looked really stunning in them.
[Pause]
you: No.
[pause]
you: absolutely.
pause
you; Angela always looks great in those.
[Pause]
You: no.... i do not think we can do much with her, she needs to loose a few pounds. i also do not like her attitude. she is not that unique, the are tons of gorgous woman around.


You get my drift. you are making out that you are surounded by models, throw in a few phtography terms as well about f stops and lens numbers.

I had a swedish chick open me after being a bit frosty with me initially.

However, be careful though. If you make comments about weight and looks and there is an Ug near you she will have a go at you. this happen to me the other day when some fat chick started to call me an asshole because I was saying that some (imaginary) person was not suitable for catwalk work.
