I rather work alone than with someone who thinks they're a natural... cause they will kill your game with cheesy lines and put you on the spot... I think you should find someone who is familiar with the game and go out with them to the field...

i go out with the afc friends, but when it comes to my game in a club i go off on my own for a bit. It's best if you go out with a few friends instead of just one coz then you can leave them and they won't be on their own.

If you are just out with one mate, then pretend to go to the toilet and then go off and try your stuff lol

I prefer going solo. But sometimes I'll take a friend in case I get bored.
The question, really, is where is your comfort zone. If you feel more comfortable with a friend you should go out with a friend until you build up confidence, and then start practicing solo.
