Here's the story. So far I've hung out with this girl twice with a group of friends and we've been getting along fairly well. I use the cocky funny techniques on her and neg her all the time. Like for example she said she had a bad tan at the beach yesterday and I said, "I thought that was how you always looked." I make fun of her, she sticks her tongue out at me and calls me a jerk. Basically we get a long pretty well, no awkward moments, just a lot of joking, fun, and laughs. Also one big IOI that I took was that she asked for my age, I'm 2 years older but than her and she called me a old man, again we make fun of each other.

The problem is, I didn't have the guts to ask for her number in front of all my friends in fear of getting rejected. So I added her on facebook and she accepted. Now I need to find a way to get to know her better, but I just don't know how to do it.

I was thinking a sincere private message on facebook or should I stick with the cocky routine I've been going with to ask her to hang out 1 on 1.

Examples of how and what to say to ask her out would be great.

Grow a pair and just ask her man. The scenario you described makes her sound interested. I don't do much facebook gaming, maybe other guys will have some input on that medium otherwise, as her to do something fun with you sometime. Have her make the commitment for a fun activity, and then the number becomes a means of logistics not communication. You know what I mean?

Hey, I'm going <awesome exciting activity> Friday, want to come? Great! What's your # so we can meet up? Awesome! See you there!

Hey I meant to tell you that I was going to <awesome exciting activity> Friday, and was going to ask you to come, but I must've gotten distracted or something. Wanna come? Great! ... ... ...

Im fairly new at this but i would say stick with cocky funny. Thats my favourite technique and definitly dont send her a sincere message. Girls like a challenge so id say make her come to you. If you dont want to wait for her then maybe talk to her on facebook ad keep joking around with her till you feel comfortable to hangout. Just try to make it seem like your not to interrested in her. hope my advice helped.

I wouldn't ask her out on a date on facebook, people do that all the time and don't seem to stick to their plans so ask her for her number. Give her a personal message with "Hey you, give me your number, and if I feel like maybe one of these days i'll consider giving you a call to hang out" with a smiley face.

Once you got her number, wait for the next time you and your friends hang out and pull that CF on her with kino, try to sexually escalate so that the than the follow day or 2, you call her and take her out on a date and sexually escalate even more.

Or

You can just text her the next 2-3 days after getting her number and ask her out on a date. Be direct with it, "Hey, i'm free Friday. Lets hang out, just the 2 of us."
