u know any material that could help improving the way u kiss?
i can read the signs and everything, but i am afraid to go for the kiss because i lack the experience and i know how important the first kiss is so i dont want to ruin it

Practice is the only REAL way. You can read all sorts of stuff, but until you actually do it, it's mostly just meaningless instructions. It's about the equivalent of reading instructions on how to dissarm a nuclear bomb; it doesn't really make sense until you have it right in front of you and you have the chance to start applying the concepts.

Man up and kiss the girls that you have the opportunities with. It might not be great the first couple times, but that's why it's called practice and you'll learn pretty quickly, especially if you happen to find a girl who's a good teacher!

dude its a natural thing, believe me boy you just got to do it. That is the only way you will get better and get rid of that fear, simply just do it... How will you get experience if you never do it???

I'll tell you what. some girl wants to kiss you right? so you kiss her. if it is so bad that you can completely tell by the expression on her face you say this

"you suck at kissing"

and eject. this won't help with anything... actually it might help your ego a tiny bit.

but if she isn't grimacing you did fine

and don't be afraid to let her lead a tiny bit

Don't worry about it. This is when you need to NEG the hell out of her. Whenever you feel doubt creep in just NEG. If one negative thought creeps into my head I just start NEGGING the nearest thing to me. It is all NLP.
