What is it you want to know specifically? That's a pretty vague question.

really anything, but i guess specifically on how women think and how it differs from men and pretty much whatever is interesting.

oldgreg Instead of buying a book, go to your local mall and find a bench sit down and watch the people around you. Watch how people react to the things around them. After you sat for awhile go inside the stores and watch how people interact with each other as far as employee/customer relations goes. Then go to a park and just sit a bench and just watch the people around you. At night go to a club/bar and watch the people around you and see how they interact with each other. You will get a lot better sense of social dynamics this way and save money.

If you're looking for pickup type of material, I found that Lance Mason (pickup101.com) is the best pickup guru as far as explaining why women do what they do in a pickup situation.

A dating book for women that a lot of them read is "The Rules: Time-Tested Secrets for Capturing the Heart of Mr. Right" by Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider.

There's a book I read recently that I found really insightful called "How to Sell to Women" by Loren Dunton.

The book "Body Language" by Julius Fast has some interesting stuff on sexual behavior.
