I just got the "Conquering Social Anxiety" set of affirmations from the "Think Right Now" series.
They are audio recordings. You listen & say them aloud.
I think these will be extremely helpful.
I used their "love to exercise" affirmations and they worked great for me.
They really change your behavior.
The "Think Right Now" series has the best & most effective affirmations I've found anywhere.
Super Highly recommended.

I haven't read that book before, but I have done affirmations. They work better if you look in the mirror while saying them.
