Hey guys, first post here!

So I have a little situation that I need some help with. Here's a little background.

I broke up with a girlfriend of 2 years about 3 months ago. A few weeks ago while driving, I see a truck come racing up in my rearview, it turned out to be this good looking little blonde that I know through mutual acquaintances. She flagged me over to the side of the road, and we started chatting.

I had my dirt bike in the back of my truck, and she rides as well. She invited me to head to her land where she was about to ride, I declined as I had prior engagements. She also offered to let me store my bike at her place. I declined, we exchangeed numbers, and she left me with 'Call me, we need to hang out'

I called her a few days later and we decided to go ride that Sunday. She flaked on me, then called back 2 days after to apologize and wanted to have dinner that night. After we made our plans, she called back to say that her brother was coming along, at which point I cancelled and said I was going to meet a group of friends at the bar.

I'm not sure where I effed it up, I know she was interested in me in the past because her boyfriend's friends told me about his being jealous of me when I was around, so I'm thinking it was something I did rather than misreading her. Am I dead in the water?

You should have stored your bike at her place - that gives you a natural reason to meet up with her.

All is not lost - you can try texting her to get a text conversation going and make plans to meet up after that

Seems pretty simple. Move on show no intrest in her and she will then do anything to impress ya
