Do women prefer it if a guy is kind of serious and tough (mature) or playful and goofy (immature)?

As for your question, I think that if you stop and think about it for a second you'll realise that you're totally setting yourself up for failure either way. Who wants someone who is always playful and joking around and can never be serious? Who wants someone who is always serious and can never play around and have fun? They're both extremes and they are both gonna be tiresome because of the fact that people don't want people to always be serious or playful, they want someone who can be serious when it's required and playful and fun to be around when that's appropriate too. When you're trying to decide which to be, you have to judge your situation and base it upon that and the girl you're interested in, not some limiting belief about what you think women prefer men to be like.

wow, I didn't think anyone would remember me. Well what happened is I kind of had a falling out and didn't think that I needed it anymore , then I recently thought, 'wow, I haven't been having any luck lately.' so since I've been reading on the forums and preparing for a senior year filled with lots of HBs.

As for the question, it's so obvious now, I think I had it in the back of my head, I just needed someone to tell me =]
