So I've been talking to this hb9 for a while now, but she has a tendency to flake on me once in a while. For example, yesterday she called me and I said I would call her back in 5 minutes (didn't specify why). After about 7 minutes, I called her back and got no answer. I tried once more and left a msg saying a simple hi & call me back. She never did.

My question is, what is the rule of thumb for calling girls out when they mess up? If I let it be known i'm upset and let her know the next time we speak, it'll check her and make me seem dominant. But it can also make it seem like she has control over my emotions. If I play it off like it never happened, it will make it seem like I don't trip off small shit, but can also make it seem like she can get away with shit. So what is the ideal reaction I should have and what's the emotion I should convey? Thanks.
