ok i jnust broke up with my gf of 5 month and wanted to hook up with a friend whom i hooked up with back in a day < se kinda stood me up < and now she texts me again < should i do teh whole im not gonna be treated like that routine < or just let it go and continue on

ask yourself is it worth it?.... did she tell you a bullshit excuse?... did ashe mean to or was a mistake?.... is she worth it?.....you can try it again but this time be more in control, make her want to see you... i cant tell how to do this im not in your shoes, yo know the situation better than i do... thats all i can say, good luck with it

well she had a real excuse but still , she dint inform me , i never showed up , but i met her today for a coffee , i was laid back and made it look like i had absolutely no intent of anything , than due to family events i had to leave , which made her very confused , she texted me saying if i just came to see her because i was bored , i said that she should know better why i came there , than said that we would be better of as friends , she was even more confused , but i think ill play the we should be freidns game and than hook up with her right off , any suggestions?

well its one thing that she plays the " lets just be friends" .... but if u played it then it tells her you dont want her..... when i said make her want you i didnt mean confuse her by telling her she cant have you..... just like a cat and string.... if you hold it above the cats head, itll jump and play with it... if u give it to the cat right away, it will get bored momentarly...if u completly take it away ....itll find something else. there are other more effective games....such as hot n cold..... give her a load of attention .. and just as easily take it away and turn a cold shoulder, that works 8/10 .....you can probably fix it by telling her you only said that becasue you thought she didnt want you..once again evaluate the situation carefully.... what im telling is not a " how to ... " guide , it is just advice (hopefully good advice)

Wait, maybe it's because I just woke up, but I think I'm the one who is confused. Maybe not confused per se, but I don't understand which one of you said that you two would be better off as friends. Did you say it after saying that she should "know better why" you went, or did she say it to you after you said that?
Not sure how that is going to work for you. Sure, you are 'supposed' to disqualify her to an extend, but not blow her out completely. If you tell her she is nothing more than a friend and treat her as that, she will friend zone you as well... not a good thing if you are planning on hooking up with her.

Answer my first question so I can better understand where you two are coming from and then I'll try to suggest something.
