I think you're referring to compliance tests.

You give her a small task, if she's willing to do it you she might well be interested.

A small test like that could be: give me your hands.

you can do compliance test such as Jav mentioned where you ask her to do something and she does it

also when holding hands kind of squeeze her hand a little if she squeezes back

another thing i like to do is the turn away
you say something like " your too cute" or " your such a brat" turn away and if shes interested you'll get a swat from her that's a big sign shes interested i think

take it further and walk a way a little if she follows just to swat at you and get your attention shes attracted
then you can turn with a smile and continue on
not to mention its fun to do lol


there's a lot of other ways just go in field more and you'll start picking them up
