Unconscious incompetent – Not knowing you suck
conscious incompetent – knowing you suck
conscious competent – knowing you are good
Unconscious competent – not knowing your good

I heard it on EP. 74 of Joseph W. South Practical female psychology
Realizing my own progress through it.
I just though others might want to hear about it.

Unconscious incompetent – Not knowing you have a problem at all.

Conscious incompetent – (rAFC) You recognize that you have a deficiency and need to improve.

Conscious competent – (PUA) You now know the steps to correct your deficiency but demonstrating them requires conscious thought. You have to concentrate on what you are doing.

Unconscious competent – (mPUA - Natural) You have corrected your issue, and demonstrating the skills come natural to you. You no longer have to consciously think about what you are doing.
