Im a 21 year old aussie guy yet i only just lost my virginity last year to my girlfriend at the time. i enjoy new challenges and feel this will be a good thing for me to do. at the moment i would say i get 2 hookups every 6 months and about 1 number in that same amount of time. i seem to cling onto the girls i get to kiss because im not sure when i will get the chance again. the girl i lost my virginity to was my girlfriend and this was the first and only girlfriend i have had. i went outwith her for about 9 months. now i find myself in a weird zone of not knowing what to do next and have very low confidence when talking to new people or trying to meet them. Any help would be great.

I think you have a case of PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Or more professional - Post One-itis Stress Disorder lol.
The cure for one-itis to to shag every girl you can - but since your in Post One-itis... I recommend you get your adrenaline running high before you approach a set.

Listen to music that gets your blood flowing, approach the set, and open them. And then let your practice take-over. I think your POSD should be cured once you've done it once.
