Hey all! thanks for looking. I'll give a bit of a background. I'm 19, about one year out of high school. I was a total AFC in school, and only really started to change after I got out, including game, physique, personality, style; pretty much all of it. Before I found the actual PUA community I tried some basic PUA stuff I found here and there. I found success in the materials that I did use (body language such as body rocking, false time constraints, general stuff) and got some great IOI's, but never really understood how to escalate kino. My goal is to take this step-by-step, and kino is definetely next on the list to start adding into my game.

A couple weeks back I went in to apply for a job knowing that a couple people from my old high school worked at the same place (music store). I figured I could get some great connections for people around my age. One of the girls that works there was someone I had a class or two with, but didn't know personally. The first time I went in there and talked with her a bit, to find out she's an Assistant Manager. Long story short, after an interview with the other Assistant Manager (ironically also a girl from high school, I knew her a bit better than this other one. note: not trying to game this one) I got the job!

So here's my questions:
1. How do I remain playful and C&F with a girl who is pretty much my boss?
2. How fast should I move/what steps should I take?
3. At what point should I add in kino? Any suggestions?

The whole store is generally pretty laid back, but crashing and burning with this one could cost me my job, or at the very least, rep with other employees and less opportunites to get into social circles. I've joked around with her a bit but never tried to establish attraction in my very brief conversations with her so it wouldn't affect my getting the job if I crashed and burned early. It's definitely not too early to establish attraction. And this isn't a case of one-itis, so I'm not opposed to going the "buddy" route and meeting some of her hot friends. Hell, maybe I could even get a wing out of this. But it wouldn't be my first choice.

My game plan right now is to remain C&F and see where it goes from there, but some advice would be greatly appreciated.

TLDR Version: I was a tool in high school who got no chicks, now I'm a recovering AFC and have had success in the stuff I've tried. I went in and got a job with some of my old classmates who I don't really know personally. One girl I'm interested in is going to be my boss, and I'm wondering how to work that type of game. I'm not opposed to remaining platonic and going after her friends (assuming I will meet them through her).
