Hey guys. I'm having a difficult time opening this hb9 in school (college). First off, I'm in a wheelchair; paralyzed from the waist down but there isn't shit I can do about that right now and I'm still going after hbs. Anyway, there is this hb9 that sits near me in class and she's actually in my group, but she never speaks to or looks at me. I don't know her name and I've never even heard her speak so I'm trying to come up with a way to break the ice. I was thinking of using a "I need a female opinion" opener but I'm not sure which one to use or if thats the way to go. Anybody got any advice for me? Thanks

hey man. try this one out... turn to her and say "man, You talk waaayyy too much" "its kinda giving me a head ache". then give her a smile and see what she says... she may just be really shy and kinda just blow the comment off and continue to be silent. If soo... just say " thats better" and then she'll have to laugh at that one. Then say "I'm (name) by the way" and just take it from there. But most likely she will laugh right after the first comment, if so just say "I'm (name) by the way"

But this is very important. DO NOT LAUGH AT YOUR JOKE!! say it totally serious and after some tension is built...then give her the smooth smile. And make sure you say it with total and complete confidence.. If she even smells the fact that your nervous about it, it wont work good.

Let me know how it goes buddy. Im in college to and if there's one thing Ive learned about meeting women in class... Its best to talk to the girls in class RIGHT AWAY. so you come off as just a talkative friendly guy, instead of a dude who's just trying to get laid. And the more classes that you let go by without talking to her, just makes it harder and more awkward when you finally do make your opener. DO it right away man!! First class!! then its allllll goood from then on.

Midway through a lesson, just start off a tic tac toe game on a paper and silently pass it to her. If she gives you that 'huh?' look, just smile and gesture at the paper.
Win it and bust her about it. OR Lose and say you were going easy on her.

Yeah I know. I don't want anymore classes to go by tomorrow will be my 3rd...I've thought about saying something like "don't you ever shutup?" but it's just been impossible to get close enough to her say anything without going out of my way to do so and that would make it look obvious. The only time I had an opportunity to even speak to her was when I was going out to the bathroom in the beginning of the 1st class and she helped me open the door (the doors like 300lbs and it's hard to wheel and open it at the same time) so I said thank you but it came out so weak, almost infeminate lol. Since then though, I think I've exuded confidence; I shoot my mouth off more than anyone else in the class and I do speak loudly with confidence.

nothing is going to work too well if u never get to talk to her..

i donno if this is BAD .. if it is i apologize man.. but if i were in a wheel chair.. being the kinda guy that i am.. id use it in my funny material...

such as

me: so... i cant walk and you cant talk..huh...we have something in common.. looks like we both have issues (smile)

her: i can talk im just shy maybe i donno.... blah blah

me: oh wow... so you can talk.. great. well its just as well.. i can walk too.. watch....

then wait and stare silently for about 10 seconds and say...

"wow... shy and gullible...huh. what are up to tonight? lets go watch the new xmen movie. i hear it sucks.. which means we can talk during it and get to know each other.."

again.. no matter what u use u gotta be able to talk to her or be close enuff to communicate somehow....

You could probaly catch her in a different situation rather than the classroom enviroment and create an opener from there. Just don't give up on it man, and please tell how it goes
