I had my first kiss when I was like 11 on a school trip and then a didn't get another one for 6 years. I know what it is like. As soon as a got another one when I was 17 I was instantly more confident and I got a k-close the next 4 times I went out to a club. I couldn't even tell you any of their names or even what they really look like but I was just drifting about the dancefloor and being confident and all the girls came over to me and we were always kissing after like 1 minute.

If you live outside the US there is no reason not to go to clubs and try this as most places are over-18's.

First off "preying on drunk girls", is harder then it sounds at a bar or club. In a party your in like flynn. At a bar the women will be with "mother hens", who will steal her away from you right after she teased you till you burst. They are called haters. This is why isolation is key in that situation.
I'd say focus on HB 5s and lower. Once it gets around 1AM and everyone is in sets but them, your game can be a little off. And then after you see what gets what reactions and how social interations work and the patterns within them, you will be ready. No need to get blown out of the water before you set sail, remember........ Rome was not built in a day.
