This will help you with the fidgetting by giving you step by step instructions on what exactly you should be doing with those hands at all times.
I must check that book. This seems to be a core problem for me. I've seen lots of vids and the better ones are where people are using their hands expressively, theatrically. Trying to incorporate more gestures into conversations, and talk with my hands. I'm guessing the fidgetting is the body's way of saying "do something with your hands...gesture...touch her"
I have problems approaching groups especially girls. Last night while walking in the streets of Geneva (Switzerland) I'm heading home and see this gang of girls, young women, probably about a dozen, shouting around a bit doing some sort of stunt, rag week sort of thing. Did any man approach them? No way. I decided to just go over to them simply because no one else was doing it. Strangely I was not nervous at all. I got next to them and see they are doing some Hen night thing, women on the pull, want to have fun, and will fuck anybody that sort of thing. They were carrying a sign written in French (Geneva is basically a French speaking city) I do speak very little French so ask them if anyone speaks English and get the worst reply ever, very little. Shame as it could have been real good fun if someone had more than a few words. Manage to talk very little to 2 of them. A bigger girl comes up to me and insists on kissing pointing to her cheek. I give her my most passionate kisses on both cheeks and leave them to it. Struggling with conversation would be embarassing. I walk away and thought I should have just done a blindingly hot kiss straight on her lips. Hoping this fun feeling from that will help me with groups in future
