Basically it shows the way people with differing personalities hold their drinks in pubs/clubs. They can be interchanged with the way you want to present yourself. Not entirely convinced mind, but i'll give the fun lover and seducer style a punt this weekend.

I've heard this sort of thing before,
about how you can tell alot about people by what they drink, how they hold their glass and whether they drink from the bottle or pore it into a glass.

It can make for a good routine and conversation while in a bar, observing other people and having a joke about it. Then if it flows well you then even turn it into about how other people in there dress and what that tells you about their personality.

All you have to do is memorise what all the different drinks tells you about a persons character.

The article wasn't very pickup related but it was still kind of funny . I think that you should just be confident with your actions in general and you'll hold the glass the way you feel. Concentrating on small things like this sometimes messes with my general state.
