Last summer, I'd just come back from holiday and went out for some drinks with a new female colleague. She brought out her mate (we'll call he Z) and a few drinks in, I was gaming her and eventually we got a hotel room together.
After that night we were txting quite a bit and was arranging to meet up again but then all of a sudden, she stopped txting and I didn’t hear from her again.
I cut my losses and left it.
Then, last week, I was down the pub with my mate and these two girls were in there. I didn’t talk to either or them or acknowledge them and just went on the fruity. Then later that day, my colleague kept saying 'Isn’t Z beautiful?' and asking why I didn’t come over.
Turn's out when my colleague found out that Z had spent the night with me, she didn’t talk to her for about a month. (could this be why she stopped txting me??)
Anyway, was down the pub with this colleague again today and we started talking about Z and without hesitation, I was given her number.
With a few drinks in me and felling brave, I txted ' lo love. How are ya?' knowing that she wouldn’t know my number as I've changed it since we lasted txted.
A few moments later she came back with 'who is this?' to which I replied 'who do ou think it is?'
She asked for a clue and I just typed the hotel name that we spent the night in and she replied 'I think I know now!!'
But I don’t really know what to txted back. I know she'll be meeting up with my colleague again tomorrow lunch so I could just leave it and see her then. On a plus side, my colleague seems to be encouraging me now.
Any help guys? _________________ Challenge 54 Blog - http://challenge54.blog.co.uk/
