So, the ex showed up today while i was washing my car. she drove by saw my car stopped and came in the driveway. She started talking to me normal conversations. its been a year and a bit since Ive last seen her.

When i pull out my phone to check a text she goes ooo nice phone ya i got a new phone as well, every time i looked at it, it reminded me of you, kinda smirks then smiles. (we got phones together back then)

So then she said you never texted me ever whys that. and I told her we broke up i needed my space. then i return that and ask the same thing. She sais "bc you do not text me" . Conversation draws on more and she leaves. Yelling out the window she says "Text me sometime alright"

What should i do ? should i begin texting her. or dont even go after the ex. Your opinons are welcome and really does help. If you think i should pursue how should i begin, If i shouldnt just state it!

In my honest opinion I think the fact that you didn't text her is why she wanted to talk to you. The fact that you were able to not contact her realize that hey this guy can have a life without me.

If she already has a boyfriend don't even bother. You can tell that she is bored and just wants to see if she still "got it'. By that I mean, if she can still attract whom she desires.

By her asking you to text her, she'll be confirming her ego that she can still get you. So if it's not your personality to talk to her, which I am pretty sure it isn't since you haven't messaged her before, then I don't suggest you start texting her now.

Just my two cents.


PS: I always remind my friends and stuff and key point in which often they forget with their ex'es. You broke up for a reason. If that reason hasn't changed that its just a matter of time before you break up again.

Sounds like she was just looking for an ego boost of some sort. She was pretty obvious with the "I think about you when I look at my new phone" and "text me sometime!" out the car window. Up to you if you want to pursue it. I say if you're going to respond, wait a few days to make her anxious and second guess herself a bit.
