im building up my routines to start field training soon, but the problem is that, even alone or talking to a buddy im too robotic and/or too expressive and it just seems unnatural... also i stammer slightly because im nervous xD

what should i do to improve this? tnx

honestly I would talk to yourself in front of a mirror, look for things that seem awkward,and look at ways to fix them
