Iam 30 years old and have some knowledge about this stuff but I am having a hard time implementing it because of a lack of field experience.
The reason I dont go out sometimes is because 1) find it hard to go out alone2)cannot attract species of the opposite sex3)cannot even get my guy friends to come out with me they usually flake.

1)find it hard to go out alone
Portland Maine is a pretty small city but we definitely havesome cool bars to hang out. If i show up alone I usually run into an aquintance of some sort that usually asks are you here alone? where are your friends? This immediately flushes my value down the toilet because rumors spread like wildfire here.People remember you as a creep for a long time. The same thing goes for getting shot down publicly by a chick you get the reputation of the guy that hits on everyone and I know the only way to get imune to rejection is by doing more aproaches and not caring about the outcome.

2)cannot attract female of opposite sex
I have no social value to pick up chicks because your pier group says alot about you right? If I create the illusion of social value by starting to talk to everyone that I see in the bar Im always nervious and they people sense it

3)Cannot even get guy friends to come out with me they usually flake
I have lived here for 6 years and have no bond with any highschool buddies or anything dudes is the same as chicks if you have no social value they sense neediness and flake.

Is there a solution out there for this specific situation?
