Anyways, this is such a big topic! For me, I'd say be interesting, that is don't be any other girl from a crowd - show some of your personality, through conversation and manners. Be classy, all guys (well, most of) like a woman who is classy in public and freak in bedroom - not the other way around!.

Me personally, I love confident and smart chicks. I love girls who can put up with my negs, comments, and flirting without being offended or something like that. Simply, I don't mean most of my game seriously (like, when a group of girls which I met earlier that night won't play pool with me and my buddies, I call them boring, they won't get offended and/or feel bad, like the last set did) so don't take it too seriously too. Flirt.
Be smart - simply "get" the jokes and stuff I talk about. Trust me, I don't know about other guys but I can smell a hundred yards away when someone is faking that they "get it." And I don't like it - be sincere!
Most of all, for all the girls out there - let the guy game you! I love it! It's fun, and it raises your value (you are the prize). Just show some interest, A LITTLE, and he'll eventually pick up. So, don't be over-obsessive. Although it's good to have some girl to keep the conversation, just to rest a while

I would say to a woman - Men are not the complicated animals you want us to be. If you are interested - let us know! The coy games and bullshit - we don't catch on as much as you would like.
