...the "leader of men" attraction switch? I know this guy who is a manager, and the girls seem like they are attracted to him. So I was wondering if having the title of "manager" flips that attraction switch in girls?

In part, yes, but it is not the be all / end all of attraction.

If a man (or woman) is a manager, or supervisor, or in any position of power or perceived power, it does portray he or she as a leader. Beyond that, it is important how that person uses his or power. If the manager is inept, the perception of that leadership role will be ripped away.

Any sort of position that holds power usually does attract girls purely because of that power.

I would agree but it would depend what you are a manager of, I don't think the manager of Dominos pizza is gonna have girls throwing themselves at him. It may add a little if the guy was already attractive but if he is a fat unkempt and balding man I would have to say it would add none. The title of manager can be a switch for 2 reasons in my opionion 1. It could possibly be a psition of power but in many situations is not. 2. It could mean a large salary. I think more than anything girls would flirt with a manager even if they had no interest in him whatsoever just because it is always good to be on your bosses goodside.

I agree.. IMO unless he's really good looking.. then they are just being friendly and making sure to get a good review at the end of the year.. to get a raise or a promotion!
