It's situational and not easy to describe except by example. Here are a couple, although I am not, by any means, a master of this technique.

She says, "Are you really a virgin?"
You say, "My body is a temple. I won't pollute it with the fluids of unpurified women."

She says, "You're so young. Do you really think you're ready for this, junior?"
You say, "You seem a little hung up on this age thing. Take a quiet moment to get over it. I'll wait."

Just think on the tangent line instead of the typical basic/normal responses. Alot of girls say dumb meaningless stuff all the time, most of which you can rip on and tease her for. Fill the void with some C/F. Usually its talk you do not give 2 shits in the wind about or has no relation to anything thats been said....typical girl talk.

YEA do not crack, or say im just fooling around, she'll know whether or not your serious or joking around to begin with, plus its a sense of mystery if you can keep her on her toes from knowing whats up. They love that shit...
