Hey folks,

That's a pretty easy one, I just looking for better way to phrase it.

Background: we at the same class and we chitchat couple of times.
So my question is which one of these sentence would you choose to invite her to a date:

1. You cute, we should go out sometime have some coffee outside school !

2. Hey I like talking to you, we should get together outside school for coffee ! ( and chitchat)

3. We should get together outside school, to get some coffee together (Dinner?)

4. Hey, Would you like to get together for a coffee this weekend !

5. Hey, lets get together for a coffee this weekend !

I know that the wording is not as important as body language but it still matter not to be perceived as not a confident man.


P.S. What do you guys think Coffee Vs. Dinner ?

First off, Coffee/dinner is not a good day2 idea. Do something that shows your personality better. For me, I take girls on photography trips because I like photography. I also take them back to my place and show them my photos from around the world.

So, lets say you have a good conversation with her that is fun. You escalate by saying "Hey your pretty fun missie, we should hang out. Here give me your number."

I don't really know her, and coffee would be the place to get to know her better.
second time it could be yoga class, I haven't done one but I really want to try.

Day 2 is when you meet up again, so its the Second Day you guys are hanging out.

Yeah, you can do coffee if you want. I feel its kind of AFC, but it'll be fine if you can display your cool personality threw. Btw, Yoga Class sounds fun, but I dont picture you two talking alot during a yoga class. How are you going to connect during a yoga class?

What I'm saying is to Pull her to the coffee place after class. Yeah, talk to her after class, say that she is fun and lead her to the coffee place. You can build 30minutes of rapport there.

No . . . she's not fun. (Not yet anyways . . .) This is a lie. You hardly know her.

What you're trying to do is get the "asking out" part of it done and over with in one sentence. You're hurrying the process. But seriously, the smoother you get at this, the more you will figure out how to seamlessly transition to the date as if it was all meant to be. There never even is an "ask out" part. You need to learn to tell a "story".

You might think that this is complex but it's not. I can take ANY conversation and loop it around into a date. Here's one way to do it. . .

1. Conversation - 2. segway to a fantasy fun story - 3. segway to a real life event that associates the emotions of the fun fantasy story - 4. segway to scheduling.

Example:

Convo:

Her: My God this class is so boring . .
You: What's with the whining? Let's suck it up.

Her: I'm gonna fall asleep.

Fantasy segway

You: Hey, if you could snap your fingers and be anywhere right now, where would you go?

Her: I don't know . . . eh. . . Jamaica . .
You: Oh, that would be so awesome.
Her: Yeah wouldn't it?
You: Ever go? I went 5 years ago
FLUFF

Real life event segway:

You: Hey, ever go to ____ cafe? They do these Jamaican style jerk sandwiches.
Her: No way . . .really?
You: Totally . . . let's grab lunch there later. You'll love it.
Her: Cool . . .

Schedule:

You: Give me your number, I'll give you a ring right after _ block.

Again. . . I know this seems complex but it's not. You roll right into the date as if it was already set up. seriously, there is never any strangeness. There is no gap. Then when you are out in that "second setting", you turn the sexual motors on . . . It's clock work.

If I were you, I would definately try to have some type of conversation first before asking her to coffee. This will increase your chances of getting the instadate or taking her to get coffee.

Also a few things about getting coffee. Try to go some place that has couches or can sit without a table. Tables make it too much into an interview/average date and makes it hard to touch her. I would suggest making it during the weekday as well rather than a weekend. Taking her out on a weekend makes it look like you have nothing better to do on a weekend and she will most likely be with her friends and she wont ditch them for a new guy she just met usually.

Do something with style. Demonstrate higher value from the beginning. Be different, be original. Think about your life, everything you do, pick the best and change it into a date.

Kasabi and weneedhelp had the best advice. But as far as your suggestions, number 1 would be the best since its's confident and straight to the point
