I am currently in an LTR, and have been for 7 months now, but there is another girl, who a couple of years back i had a real thing for. Now im in an LTR I always catch her staring at me, and then she suddenly looks away when i look over.

Question is, how do i get her to chase me, as i dont want to lose my LTR, but i really like this other girl.

Sounds like you want to get her to chase you just because you are afraid to put forth obvious effort so you don't lose your girlfriend... well this is a simple issue. Go for the girl, but know that you stand a good chance of ending that relationship. Or you could forgo the other and try to be content with what you have. Just go for the girl you want and bear the results. dont be afraid of it.

I appreciate the advice, and i think about doing that all the time, however me and my girlfriend make up the centre of my social circle, and since i brought her into it people have really connected with her, i feel that if i break up with her then it would be more than just her that i would hurt.

essentially i am stuck in my relationship, which is not a bad thing lol, but i dont want to lose this other girl, and so i would like to keep her interested for when i do eventually break up with my girlfriend.

Here's something you should keep in mind, "Is she interested in me for me or because I'm in a LTR?" I say this, because I know a lot of girls that always go for the guys in the relationships and once that guys breaks up with his gf they lose interest in them. If you do end up breaking up with your gf and want to be with this HB don't make it so obvious that it was just for her. I knew another PUA who broke up with his gf for this HB9, but instead of going directly for her he went out and played the field. This got the HB9 more interested in him.

That actually makes a lot of sense, as i have recieved a lot more interest since i have been in an LTR than when i was single.

That's because people want what they can't have. Or is extremely difficult to get. The second you make it easy it's no longer worth while. Then in the end they'll appericate you more, because have this self worth about themselves, "That was pretty hard, but I did it and now I feel good about it."- Pretty much the general reaction.

Since your tied down this would be a good time to do some "soul gazing." Catch her in the act and then smile at her when she knows she's caught. This should give you some time think of a couple good lines, preferably negs and get her laughing. Try to notice wierd or unusual little things she does and point them out in a neg to let her know you've also been paying attention. This will build some attraction and let her use the fact you have a girlfriend as a positive. Try not to get into the "I have a gf so its better if we're friends" stage, tease her, pull and push, two steps foreward and one back until you've built something and decide from there. Use your relationship as an advantage, its not always a bad thing.

Don't do anything which is of no use. You're having fun with your girlfriend. This is what gets ALL the other girls noticing you. This is enough. Have fun with your girl and give her more attention instead of focusing on some "task" that has absolutely no returns for you.

Ahh the dangerous endless circle of LTR for the sake of being in an LTR. From what I read it seems that you are slightly coerced into this relationship from a few different avenues. In my most honest advice that I can give - this is dangerous. Everyday it will become more and more difficult to pull away as well. In my opinion, forget the other girl. For now, think about this one and yourself. If you are thinking about breaking up with her now, things are going to go progressively downhill over time. I obviously can't understand your situation and never would; however, playing Devil's advocate may help. In addition, don't let the other HB find out that things could have ended negatively between you two, I always feel it would be to your disadvantage for a woman to see that and this is a fair possibility if a relationship drags on that you obviously are having second thoughts about.
