Hi, Ive wondered if anyone could offer some advice. I work at a club as a doorman so I think Ive got a head start if Im trying to pick up. Ive done it before but its usually just the girls who want some action at the end of the night. The thing is I want to move on to the stunners who everyone wants.

Its mostly students who come in the club and the club plays Indie/rock music. Most of the places I will be standing are abit to loud for conversation but a few of the spots are quiet and chilled out.

Does anyone have any good advice on how to start up conversation all the way through to closing the deal by either getting a date/number/back to my place.
