You don't want to qualify and jump through her hoops early on. A good time to answer this is if she asks you this after she jumps through one of your hoops. Otherwise don't answer the question and re-frame the situation.
I would answer, " I am very optimistic and see opportunity everywhere. I enjoy life to it's fullest and value my family and friendships. Now that I spilled my guts out to you, give me (you can ask her anything here). If she does not comply give her an IOD and continue. _________________ Some people are intimidated by a turkey. You just have to know the anatomy.
