ive been a member on here for a while now but have simply been reading posts and trying to take everything in.
Theres so much good stuff on here and ive decided today im actually gonna grow some balls and use this stuff rather than just reading.
I need to start approaching without giving a fuck.

This is my first post and isnt really of any use to anyone but just figured i'd put it out there that im finally gonna start something that i should have started months ago.

so hello everyone, the names Cookie and any advise on AA would be greatly appriciated.

quicksearch is still your friend even now that you post *grin*

run a search on approach anxiety... but really the only way to get over AA is to go do it...

approach enouph times and you will have this Aha momment when it all of the sudden gets easier.

if you have crazy AA... just approach random people and ask them simple quiestions.. like what time is it... or where is a good place to eat around here.. or where is the bathroom... just simple stuff.. and go from there.

not really been able to start since i posted because at work all week but im really lookin forwards to the weekend.
goin cinema and pub with a few mates n gonna try and approach as much as possible.
im ready and im gonna go for it.

just remember its always harder (and ultimately better) to act without having to rely on your friends. If you can approach people by yourself you'll see more progress
