I would say that my game has improved substantially over the past year but I would still consider myself an AFC. I'm still an AFC because I can't get the girls I want. The only girls that I have success with are sluts that are down to bone on the first interaction I have with them. I just need to learn more about seduction, how do I earn a girls trust without become friendzoned, how do I seduce her without looking creepy, as far as a date time line how often should you try to contact a girl that you just met, say its on a mutual bases we meet in class, how do I go from a class buddy to someone she would date without creeping her out or loosing her trust. I want to know how to pick up girls from a non party/bar scene and never fall into a friendzone.

you are being negative on yourself which is counter productive. do not look at how bad you did, rather what you could have changed and made the outcome better for you. nobody has a 100% success rate. failing and learning from your mistakes is a key part of pickup.
