Hey everyone,

I'm actually not starting out - I'm a journalist in New York. I'm currently working on a radio documentary on Fake Jews - people who pretend to be Jewish for a variety of reasons.

Why am I here? I was hoping to see if any of you could help me out. I'm looking for anyone in New York City (where I'm based) who's ever pretended to be Jewish to pick up. Yeah, it's a bit strange.

I know that people do it - I have friends that do, they're just all in Toronto (where I'm originally from. Whether you do it regularly or have only done it once, I'd love to talk to you about it - why you did it, how you did it, how it worked out, and how I (an actual Jew) can get that fake-Jew mojo working for me.
