I've been into pickup for 3 years and mostly picked up women online. I read DDA's materials, watched some of his videos and listened to many interviews with Dating Gurus. That stuff seemed to work very well for me, in attracting very intelligent women with a high sex drive, in spite of me being only 5'5" and not very attractive (some women find me attractive, some don't but still go for sex or LTRs).

I became pretty good over time in some sort of exponential way: first GF, 5 years ago: months from meeting her to the first kiss; second GF: 2 weeks; 3rd GF (when I started learning pickup): same night; next girl (no more GFs here :) - 1 hour.

My largest problem is that I know that only a few women find me physically attractive, and even though I can attract the rest w/ my personality, it ends up being hard having to attract them all the time without the physical baseline being there. As one ex told me, she wants a guy that she's just want to jump and fuck when she sees him in her bed. I don't care about that for random pickups, since I have my way with the girl a few times and then if she doesn't like me, fine, next. But what do you guys think for LTRs about this? Should you still attract her and hope the physical attraction would appear, if not initially there? Or make sure upfront that she's either attracted to you or not, and move along if not, even if you like her?
