Most girls respond to the game appropriately:
I DHV/C&F/Build Comfort/Number or Kiss Close ==> End of day for that's as far as I care to take my game at the moment.

BUT, THERE IS A PROBLEM
a fundamental question I should've considered long ago...
What if the girl is running the basic tenets of the game perfectly,
and when I'm running the game, there is a conflict,
but when I take the role she's "SUPPOSED" to take, attraction is easier, and I'm sure i could KC. It's almost as if playing AFC is a good strategy( i really hate to imply this)

Help me out Gurus and Artists!

I think that just a crazy girl could have a conflict with you, if you have done everything right. If she starts a conflict in this situation, its better get away from her. Of couse, be tolerant if shes really REALLY beautiful

Experiment: I took control of the frame of a set, told a DHV story. It wasnt like a show offy story just, interesting, and my life. Had her attention fixed on me.
I have rapport with the girl, but I feel like attraction didn't happen, from the outset, maybe.
First approach I cavemanned and got an overwhelmingly positive response. In fact, anytime I do, I get a positive response, but I never sense anything has changed in our interactions for the long-term-- No doggy bowl eyes. Ever.

Actually, the more I type about the more I realize my own error, and feel obligated to apologize for wasting your time.

I built some shaky attraction, but I'm fucking it up by continuing a ROUTINE as if it were the WHOLE game.

Does that sound about right? I'm hanging out with her and some friends.
If this is salvageable, how can I salvage it?

Boom! You sed everything you needed to... that's the point! You almost got it but not quite. Explanation: CF is good, that's the background conversation, keep the background thread on CF. Then you got to go "overt" as you say and push it hard to get a reaction out of her... when she "punishes" you in simple terms its a shit test. It's a frame game issue. When she tries to punish you you DO NOT submit. If you do this she will lose attraction. This is where you went wrong. She tries to make you think that if you go niceguy AFC and comply everything will be okay but the truth is that you fear losing her because she still has sexual power over you: her pussy. So what you do is disarm her sexual power by DISQUALIFYING her. When you are DHVing what are you DHVing about? If it is not on these three things it won't matter: you MUST exude the fact that you are: 1) preoccupied, 2) preselected, and 3) you are a leader. DHV on those three subjects constantly and she will chase. If you do this well she will give you a shit test. Whatever it is it's not that big a deal and does not matter to you because you have nothing to prove to her. If you feel that you do you will fail her test time and time again.

Say this outloud (to yourself): "I am a preoccupied, preselected, leader." DHV on all those qualities and you should be okay. Preoccupied is a FTC... make sure she values your time and understands it is precious because 2) you are preselected and you got options. I get the feeling you look at her a lot and are giving her too many IOIs and interest in general. ONLY FACE HER TO REWARD HER. If you are facing her when she hasn't done anything to gain your interest (by qualifying for you) then you shouldn't be looking at her (if you are not yet SEDUCING and are still ATTRACTING). Going caveman is seduction, if she's not comfortable with you touching her why are you trying to go caveman? She has to qualify herself to you before she feels comfortable to you. If she doesn't feel that she's earned your attention but already has it.. you will lose her every time. You skipped qualification and did not create enough attraction. Let me draw you a picture:

I call this the Attraction Cycle. USE IT. You should DHV about 3 things: you are 1) preoccupied, 2) preselected, and 3) a leader. That's what it means to DHV. If she is exceptionally beautiful you should be negging her. That's a deep subject but in short just tease her about ANYTHING she might be self-conscious or "a little" insecure about. Make fun of her big feet (or cute "small feet" whatever they both work) or how she gets all scared during the movie... make sure that you are "sprinkling" the negs properly and dont get carried away with it. When she challenges you (this is when you say she punishes you, the fact is you should never be punished if you do this right) neg her and give a take away. Take aways are mostly all body language, give her your back, walk away for just a second and do someting incredibly mundane like checking your voicemail or checking your fridge for milk... the point is she is not the most important thing in the world and you got better things to do if she's going to give you trouble. PERIOD.

Once you get some good IOIs (she touches you, compliments you, etc) give her a qualification ping... "so what makes you so cool?" "so who the hell are you?" "what do you like to do for fun?" If she gives you shit you haven't built up enough attraction... go back to the beginning of the attraction cycle and repeat: DHV/neg, etc. Do this and you can't go wrong, she'll be begging you to talk to her.
