Hey folks,

The last few years have been terrible for me in terms of dating. I've always lacked confidence approaching girls, but up until 2nd or 3rd year university I guess I got by on looks because I had enough girls coming to me to keep me happy.

Not so much lately. I gained a few pounds, have a fraction of the girls approaching me than I did when I was younger, and work from home so I'm pretty inactive other than a soccer game every week or so.

Anyway, time to hit the gym and start approaching more girls this spring/summer. Hope to catch a few tips and tricks from you guys.

I think maybe I should work out too. I haven't done it in a while... Somehow my body hasn't really changed all that much, but I should probably be doing it anyways.
