Started a new job. HB 8.3 admin girl.
Haven't introduced myself yet, been there 3 days. I added a mate on facebook from work and he had her as a friend and told me to add her. So i did, was that a bad move?
A lot of alpha males plus good looking guys at the work place, so i'm assuming she's been hit on heaps of times. I need a line to separate me from the rest or really grab her attention. Help me corn!

a better move would have been to talk in person before u added her to facebook.... altho its definatly not a total loss. im pretty new myself but this is what id do

In person say: Hey i've been working here for 3 days and u havent introduced urself, u must be shy !

or

On facey say: Arent you that girl from work, u must be shy cos u havent even introduced urself and i've been working for 3 days

normally u wanna try and cut her off in the tearoom, learn when she has to have her caffeine fix, most people get rather routined with this, I know which people go for tea at 10 n which prefer 11 n stuff like that.

then just make sure ur in the kitchen area if u have one, before she gets there! thats the key, u want her entering ur space not u entering hers.

there are plenty of situation and casual office openers u can use in an office canteen etc plus ur away form ur desk so the association of u as another employee decreases.

generally it doesnt matter if there are assumed alphas in ur office, they are other guys just like u will find in a bar, a club a coffee house etc, threats will ever be present the technique to put them out of the frame is essential

if u chatting to her on FB just go for the straight invite out, or make an occassion for a few office folk to come out. fridays I usually get bout 15 lads from my office out, then we all invite the different girls we been working on in office etc and have a real good time lol
