My name is Simon Naylor, I am a 27 year old male and and I am fairly new to the PUA stuff. I have had a few girlfriends in my life but have always struggled to get consistent dates and attract girls regularly. I didnt realise why this was, until learning about attraction principles. I always thought that buying girls drinks and asking them about what they do for a living was the way to attract them! I didnt know any better so I guess I couldnt figure it all out on my own!

A while ago I puchased an audio program called Listen Act Attract. Has anyone used this? It is created by an American guy called Ryan Clauson. He is really good at explaining clearly how women think and the psychology of attraction principles, and also teaches what you should say and shouldnt. For example opinion openers, playful teasing and body language etc...

Since using this program my confidence with women has increased dramatically. I have to admit I dont yet feel completely comfortable just approaching a women randomly in the street or at a cafe/bar etc... yet but perhaps if I can find a wingman to work with maybe I might be able to do that soon.

i listend to Listen act attract when iw as 15. im now 20

i wanted to get speed seductuon in my head when i went to uni... didnt go tho but its all been put into practice

if you can get a copy of Double your Dating by the main man David D it will help you game. thsi was the first book i read.
