I have a situation here. Advice is welcome. This girl in my math class (I'm 17) moved here from another (bordering) state a little over a month ago. I didn't really have to do anything, I opened her easily and she acted interested pretty much immediately. I got her number within the second day of our math class. One night we started texting... I told DHV stories through text and ended up getting a date with her.
The date was pretty casual. I knew she was still getting adjusted to her new environment and didn't have the mood to rush things. It went decent.. but no kino whatsoever as I didn't know how to take the situation.
We talked afterwards and she told me she likes me but, as I thought, she wants to get used to her new environment. She also flat out told me she was a chaser and wanted to wait a little to go on another date.
We continued texting for two weeks or so. Yes, I'm an idiot. I never called her. This was pre-discovery of the PUA community. I was- and still am- stuck in a rut where I don't know where it's going.
She was interested in me until one weekend I wasn't available to talk. Then we just stopped talking. Then she started acting disinterested. I continued to pursue and then decided, why not, go for the second date, and if she say no, then it's done for sure.
I asked her if she wanted to hang out over spring break (where I am, spring break is happening now) and she said "Wellll... I'll be hanging out with alot of my friends from [the bordering state] and I don't know if I'll be free"
I took that as "I'm hanging out with friends from [bordering state] MAYBE once or twice... and the rest of the time I'm free. But I don't want to go on another date with you".
Come to find out, she really HAS been hanging out with people from the bordering state the WHOLE time. And I'm getting indirect hints from her friends that maybe she's still into me. I don't know if she really isn't interested and I'm just hearing things or if I haven't made a move fast enough.
Is it to late to make a move? SHOULD I make a move or just ditch this bitch? And if I do make a move, how do I advance it?

it's never too late man. Just tell her you're going to do something with your friends and that she can come if she wants. this shows that you're not going out of your way to hang out with her, and it puts you in more of a position of power. if she says no, don't keep asking her, wait for her to come to you.
