you need to start building attraction. Flirt with her a little bit, throw in some sexual innuendos. Get her to come hang out with you. just say you and some friends are doing something and she's welcome to come along. this shows her that you're alpha and you don't set your plans up around her, you're giving her the privilege to hang out with you instead of asking permission.
