I'm new to this site. I looked around and it seems that all the advice on this site is pretty good.

I've been stuck in the "friend zone" with this girl I have been chasing for years. How do i get out of the friend zone?

You've been chasing her, heh? Some might even say you suffer from one-itis...

Your first step: don't chase her then.

cut your losses and meet some new girls, from what ive seen is that once a girl sees you as a friend its hard to get out of that, much easier to just get good being a PUA and meet new girls

chasing her makes you look like a wussy and you being a friend for a long time does not make you more attractive either

try not to think about the girl for a while and then try a other way of aproaching her (dont chase her or give her too much attention)

Well much like what everyone is saying, STOP chasing her. A possible explaination is she cannot/ willnot look at you as a "smooth confident man." She can't see you as the type that can be the stallion that can woo her romantically and satisfy her sexual desires. Why? Because you are a friend. But very few can use this to their advantage.
As a friend you can divulge alot of things about "your personal life."
Keep HER in the friend zone! Let her see that you can be the confident man that can seduce and handle women. Since SHES in the friend zone she'll bear witness 1st hand since shes a good friend that will hear your stories first! When she eventually breaks down and shows you some IOI. You can game her.
Truthfully I haven't tested this theory personally But one of my old friends has. So at one time in this life it worked!

Or your safe bet is to let her go and meet/ game other females. Either way you look at it....meet/game other females! have fun.

Yea my advice would be to just stop being an AFC.
In my AFC days I got myself into the 'just friends' trap way too many times. And I would just keep on getting closer to these girls friends wise thinking I was actually doing something or getting somewhere. Get some game and get some girls and they will start to see you as desirable. Take it from a guy whos been there.
