Does anybody know if there is any books or videos that will help you with your inner game... any suggestions?? where to start??

Or actually a good book to have a better understanding of being an Alpha male..

This question is asked quite a bit so you might want to do a search for inner game books or something along those lines.

A few to keep in mind is:

David DeAngelo's Double Your Dating or his Advanced Series
Hypnotica - Ultimate Inner Game (DVDs)

I've also heard that a lot of people like Gunwitch.

Go ahead and do cory skyy magnetic mindset. It's the best, although david deangello is good, I sometimes question him as being an information box with no ACTUAL skills with women. If he does, he surely doesnt act like it. But cory skyy affirmation program will completely flip ALL your bad belief system upside down! And give you ultimate inner confidence. His pick up technique, is based on eye contact and body language. This community teaches canned lines and routines, and as you can tell, there are about something hundred thousand people STILL in the lost with this stuff..... In fact, it is turning them into creeps that believe women don't like them untill they BUILD attraction through DHV, negging, crap like that. all the while, they are having problems and rejections because of the way they are presenting themselfs, and the pick up community is teaching the wrong way completely.

this is good.. pretty much the type of book i'm looking for.. i'm not trying to build my inner game NOT to pick up girls.. pretty much just for me.. i'm trying to better myself... any more suggestions? or videos?.. i'm more of a visual guy...
