Birthday and name day.

Should you just say congratulations, happy birthday, happy name day?

If the girl is famous, HB8½, how should I congratulate her, it is about standing out from the group though?

In this situation I know the girl and I hopefully already got some attraction.

TXT Game:
Me: "Its your lucky day my little brat!"
Her: "Really?" or "What you mean" or "I know, its my _____" or sumthing.
You: Yea, we are going to dinner together! How about hamburgers and cokes, I suppose you pay with your dirty dollars you tricked from your grandpa!
You: Oh, forgot: you can pick me up __:__

Dunno do you have in USA such thing as name day.
