Take your time, don't become a fixture there - hell walk by with some other ice cream in your hand and simply wave or say hi and go. Make her want to engage you.

You haven't given her a reason to be interested yet.

She said she has a BF - kindly remind her that it has nothing to do with the fact that you wanted 2 scoops of blue moon and the BF talk isn't making that happen. Then leave with your ice cream.
