All the techniques, routines all that are fine and dandy, but if they don't feel natural and aren't a part of muscle memory I question how much success they would bring. Awesome post.

Great post solomon! personally, i open with a SOI for night game but i can't seem to go direct for day game. Solomon do you suggest opening with an SOI for day game?

PS

Great thoughts on "i want you but its ok if don get you" solid push-pull.
