Ok so this is the situation I was in the library studying in a study room when a HB8 came in and told me that this study room was booked, I talked to her for a bit and right away got her number, she is from Spain and speaks english decent at best.

So I waited a day and I decided to call her, first time no pickup, then a couple hours later I called her just before I was going out with some friends... still no answer, but then I got a text like 10 mins after the text was from a random number it said

Her: Hi this is Maria, how are u? sorry I ran out of credits on my cell phone:) hope to see you soon;)

Me: Hi this is Joe I thought it sucked we didnt get to finish our talk the
other day remember?

Then I never got a reply

So I waited a couple more days till friday I called her and again no answer.

So i texted her: Hola! me and a few friends are gonna go out for drinks later you should come with, let me know call me


Her: Hola! how are u! sorry I cant go out tonight but tomorrow I am going to roadhouse, have fun

Me: That sucks we should get together soon, you never pick up your phone eh?

Then I never got an answer, not sure what I should do next if anyone could help it would be great! thanks overall I think she is into me cause i got a bit of kino from her at first when i got her number however I didnt build very much rapport with her before I left because I was in a hurry to meet up with my study group.

Sounds like she obviously thought you were someone else.
Thing is with a lot of these "new comers" is that they run their cell phones off credits - kinda like how it is in their home town.

Anyway, thats not whats important here. You're getting inconsistent replies, which can mean more than just 1 thing.

Best thing to do *imo* is to see if you could approach her face to face again, if possible. Meaning, if you see her in the library again, be sure to approach her and ask how she is doing. You'll find a majority of girls act differently in person compared to on the phone. Perhaps approaching her in person would be more in your favor.

Also, if you see that you cant get a hold of her in the library, I would say try calling her 1 more time. Try and cut the text messages out, because they can lead to inconsistent replies, such as the situation you are in. If you get her on the phone, you'll have a better idea of her interest... If she misses too many of your calls, you have to step back and reevaluate the situation.

talking to her face to face would be a good idea... also when uve got a steady conversation going at the library say something like .." im done studying, would you like to get a coffee ?" ....

I dont know why, but chicks never get enough coffee/ tea/ anytihng starbucks related... i met up with a friend i ahvent seen in years at starbucks ( it was a girl obviously) and we literally about random bullshit for 3 hours ...

starbucks or second cup isnt a "must" though..... anywhere you can sit with her one on one

remember, your the prize, she has to earn you... be yourself and everthing should be okay
