Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best pua book to learn skills quickly?

Venusian Arts Handbook or Mystery Method is going to be the more popular choice.

I hate to sound like some cheap ass used car selling marketing dude but . . .

1. READ THIS FORUM.

2. Go out and do it.

You can't learn skills quickly. You can learn a couple of lines and maybe some basic techniques, but real skill takes time and experience.
I remember when I first got into pu, I bought all the books and tried to learn it like a exact science. But pu isn't a science it is an art, and the only way to get better at art is to practice. Think of it like playing a musical instrument, you can read all the books on guitar theory, but without practice all that knowledge is usless.
Learn some theory from the site, buy one maybe two books, then go out and practice.

There is no magic pill

I guess you mean as fast as possible. I agree with most people above that there is no fast easy way to learn it but the best ones to get you started are "The Game" and "the Venusian arts". Nothing beats real life practice though, there is no way to learn without being hurt and humiliated. Thats life, we have all gone through it.

Ill sell you some magic beans, you must plant one bean everyday.
If you forget you must start all over. When you are done planting
all of these beans, they will make a huge bean stock. Climb it and
you will have acess to knowledge you never dreamed of
